I was trying to set up my AOL IM account on my new laptop. When I tried to authenticate, it failed. I tried three different passwords that it might be. I was not sure which one it was since I type it in so infrequently. All failed.

I end up at the AOL password change page. I type my screen name and the alphanumerics in the image and it says "some of the information is invalid". It is not mistyping the alphanumerics because that gives a different error. I tried it with an old IM username that I have not used in years and it said it would email the password to that account.

Any ideas?
